Member benefits include free coffee, teas and other beverages, plus healthy and not-so-healthy snacks. A variety of workspaces are available daily, including private and semi-private spaces, standing desks and large project tables, and even outdoor seating. Our five creative spaces are open for coworking, and one is designated as a "sshhh" zone daily. A weekly potluck lunch and other professional development workshops are offered every week to help our community get to know you better. And our "Whiteboard Onboard" is a free one-hour SWOT analysis to help us better connect you with the people and resources to propel your business forward. We believe in shared resources, so members enjoy free or low-cost fitness classes, low-cost printing services, free headshots and marketing for your public events, classes and workshops.
A little fine print:
  • All membership plans are for one person, except Dedicated Desk. Add additional team members billed to the same account at $75 / month each.
  • For the security of our space and our membership, all members must complete a basic background check. Those who work directly with minor children must complete MinistrySafe training. No additional cost.
  • Beverages, refreshments, supplies and printing are free to the members and occasional guests. Frequent visitors and large groups are asked to contribute as you are able. Please limit printing to 10 copies and minimal ink coverage.
  • Members are expected to help maintain our welcoming space by cleaning up after themselves and their guests, including dishes, and by leaving meeting spaces as you found them.
  • Members are expected to follow sustainable practices including recycling, composting and limited use of disposables and plastics.
  • Events, classes and workshops are booked at $30 per hour, per space, less applicable discounts. Events with substantial furniture moving and/or food service require a $200 Porter Service fee.
  • Unpaid conference room time is subject to displacement for paid bookings. Every attempt will be made to provide a comparable space to welcome your guests.
  • Children are welcome as occasional guests but must be kept close to their adult companions and are expected to engage in quiet activities. An activity cart is available and children's programs will be offered on an occasional basis.
